【賀年好物】白羊星自家製笑口棗~ (附食譜=P)

今日白羊星家政堂整左笑口

大家都睇到,其實炸燶左

好彩今次整笑口棗唔洗計分啫

不過話就話燶左,實際上都幾好味架!
而且好似仲比無燶嘅更脆!(真係錯有錯着~

當然更係唔燶健康啲啦~
所以控制到都係唔燶好!

畫完出黎超似食鬼,
笑口棗真得意!

之前白羊星同人講我唔鐘意食笑口棗,
但係去到前排朋友請我食笑口棗我先知我一路講錯,
我唔鐘意食嘅係糖不甩,而唔係笑口棗
都唔知講錯左比幾多人聽

但係去到前排朋友請我食笑口棗我先知我一路講錯,

我唔鐘意食嘅係糖不甩,而唔係笑口棗

都唔知講錯左比幾多人聽

****************************食譜時間***************************
放心啦~衣個食譜唔會叫你整pat「雞蛋6隻,糖呢兩茶匙,再加啲橙皮添!」出黎嘅~:PP

♥Ingredients 材料♥:
plain flour 100 g
baking powder 1/2 tsp
bicarbonate of soda 1/4 tsp
sugar 50 g
oil 2 tsp
water 3 tbsp☜ Use a small bowl to collect half bowl of water first.Take 3 tbsp when you need it.
white sesame seeds 2 tbsp☜ Put it on a plate.

white sesame seeds 2 tbsp☜ Put it on a plate.

純麵粉 100克
發粉 1/2茶匙
梳打粉 1/4茶匙
糖 50克
油 2茶匙
水 3湯匙☜ 先用碗仔裝一啲水(大約半碗),需要嘅時候先再「筆」

白芝麻 2湯匙☜ 放係一隻碟上面
♥Method 步驟♥:
1.Sieve flour, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda into a mixing bowl.
1.把麵粉,發粉和梳打粉篩入攪拌碗。
2.Make a well in the center, add sugar and oil.
2.在攪拌碗的混合粉中央弄一個洞,加入糖和油。
像這樣:

1.把麵粉,發粉和梳打粉篩入攪拌碗。
2.Make a well in the center, add sugar and oil.
2.在攪拌碗的混合粉中央弄一個洞,加入糖和油。
像這樣:

3.Add water and knead it to a soft dough.☜ 3 tbsp may not be enough.When you have added 3 tbsp of water,you may add water a little bit by a little bit.
3. 加水並把它揉成麵團。☜ 3湯匙嘅水可能唔夠,加入3湯匙後唔夠,可以逐少逐少咁加
4.Divide the dough into 16 portions and roll each to a ball.
4.把麵團平均分成16個份,每一個份搓成一個球。
5.Brush each dough with water and coat it with sesame seeds.☜ Coat them by rolling them on the plate that contains sesame seeds.
5.用小刷子把每一個小麵團塗上水,然後在佈滿芝麻的碟上碌一碌。
6.Pour about half of a wok of oil and heat it. Deep fry the doughnuts until golden brown. Drain well.
6.倒入約半鑊油,加熱。把小麵團炸至金黃色。然後瀝乾。
7.Leave them aside for a while until they are not soft anymore.
7.把它們放在一邊一會兒,直到他們不軟。
